Bloodborne was my very first FromSoftware game, and having no prior experience from their past games I expected to have a hard time with it.

So did it live up to the hype? Yeah, I really enjoyed it, in fact at times I wanted it to be more difficult, but overall I think that it's fairly challenging, it knows when to punish you and it knows when to reward you.

I loved the gameplay, it's extremely fun with some creative mechanics, and the amazing trick weapons. The first area is quite rough but once you manage to understand how some of the mechanics work, then it's just a joy to play.

The worldbuilding is breathtaking, and the way the world changes when you have more insight is absolutely genius. There's a lot of content, exploring the different areas, uncovering secrets, finding shortcuts, interacting with the characters, completing side stories and taking your time with the game feels very rewarding.

The atmosphere is unrivaled, it's scary and haunting but also beautiful in a very dark way. I absolutely adore the Gothic-Cosmic Horror theme and the Victorian-era inspired architecture, possibly my favorite setting in any videogame.

The monsters look terrifying, some very interesting designs and nice symbolisms, I personally got to kill every single boss - even the optional bosses - and I really liked most of them, they require strategy and quick reflexes.

The Blood Vial farming is very obnoxious in the beginning, but it's not a big issue once you progress halfway through the game. Having to manage your resources becomes more of a secondary distraction, and the rally mechanic allows you to heal while playing aggressively.

Now, where the game disappointed me is in the second half, the boss fights not only get progressively easier, but the quality of the game falls a little bit.

Also I want to point out that the lore is very intriguing and rich, full of mini stories, the way everything connects together is what makes it truly special.

Overall I genuinely enjoyed this game, it really is an exceptional experience, especially if you're a fan of the genre, it's pretty close to perfection.

Final Rating: "Amazing" ~ 9/10.

One of the games that made me a gamer, and one of my favorite childhood games.
The gameplay is very fun and addictive, so many mechanics to experiment with, albeit quite slow and heavy.

Subspace Emissary is one of the best additions to the game, and playing with other players makes it even better.

Last but not least, it's worth to mention that this game has the best original music in the series and the best remixes aswell.

Back then I didn't know many games, Brawl helped me discover so many new games and characters, and I'll always respect it for that.

Overall, I had the time of my life playing this game as a kid with my siblings, it's a one of a kind experience and I'll never forget the times we've spent together playing this game.

Final Rating: "Excellent" ~ 9.5/10.

The Ultimate videogame experience.
Super Smash Bros. is a fascinating franchise, what started as a fun party game transcended into something very special.

Much like its predecessors, it's pure chaotic fun, be it single player or multiplayer, there's a crazy amount of content and customization.

The character roster is insane, there are around 90 characters to choose from in total, which is perhaps the biggest roster in any game ever.

The soundtrack is packed with some of the most iconic videogame music, from old school to modern, it's the most diverse soundtrack to date.

An amalgamation of every single Super Smash Bros. game combined into one huge package, an entire videogame Museum that consists of some of the most popular and beloved videogame franchises in history. This game reminds me of my childhood in every single way, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Final Rating: "Masterpiece" ~ 10/10.

A tragic and dark story of love, hate and forgiveness, The Last of Us Part II is a very brave and ambitious game, and the perfect example of what videogames should strive to be.

It's definitely a big improvement over the first game in many ways such as the gameplay mechanics and the depth of storytelling, but unfortunately there are some few moments where the pacing felt slow.

The intense music combined with the masterfully crafted atmosphere and the fantastic audio design are some of the best I've seen in a videogame.

The Last of Us Part II takes some big risks, and makes some decisions that some people might not agree with, but honestly, I loved it...

Final Rating: "Masterpiece" ~ 10/10.

The definitive version of Final Fantasy VII Remake, now including a very well made Expansion and some important technical improvements.

My introduction into the world of Final Fantasy.
I'm actually speechless, this game is absolutely incredible. it's bigger and better than the original in every possible way, a huge improvement when it comes to the visuals, gameplay, animations, character models and pretty much everything you can think of.

I'm going to start with the gameplay first, well what can I say, oh my freaking god, arguably the best combat system i've ever seen in a videogame to date, the mix of Turn Based with Real Time Action is honestly flawless, it works perfectly and it feels very satisfying. The materia system is fantastic, there is a lot of customization, it's easy to use and understand and makes the combat so unique and enjoyable.
Also the boss fights are insane, there are so many of them, and they are quite challenging, you can't really play mindlessly and expect to win easily, you actually need patience and strategy to beat them, and I really liked that.

Now when it comes to the characters, I think they're great, they have likeable personalities and slowly develop pretty well, and you really get to bond with them which makes you feel like you're part of the team.

It's worth to mention that the game is actually very big, the world feels alive despite being limited, you can just get lost in it. There is a lot of content, side quests, various minigames, VR missions and rewarding activities, so many things to do and places to explore, it's a pretty long experience and it's also very replayable, trying out new builds and doing the challenges is very fun.

As for the main story, it starts pretty tame but things go wild quick, especially towards the end, I loved the last few chapters, however, the pacing gets slow during some parts of the story and there is a lot of padding, for both good and bad reasons, for example, some new chapters or additions to the story flesh out the world and the characters more, while at the same time, there are few things added into certain parts of the game that feel unnecessary, additions such as puzzles or areas that don't offer anything, just increase the overall playtime, and to be honest I don't think it's a big problem, I didn't mind it much, I just think it's worth pointing out.
The only major issue I have with the story is that the writing can get quite weak sometimes, and finishing the game left me with more questions than answers, the overall story is clearly unfinished and I'm hoping the sequels do a decent job at explaining few things.

Lastly, I really need to mention the stellar soundtrack, it's just so beautiful, one of the most iconic and magical soundtracks in a JRPG ever.

It really is an outstanding videogame, It's not only an improved version of the original Final Fantasy VII, but it stands on its own very well. Overall this is definitely one of the best Remakes I've ever played.

Final Rating: "Amazing" ~ 9/10.

A very deserving side story for Final Fantasy VII Remake.
I honestly really enjoyed this, the gameplay is mostly the same as the main game with few additional Quality of Life improvements, but the biggest change is Yuffie, her gameplay mechanics are fantastic, and her moveset is very fun to use.

The side characters are alright, Yuffie and Sonon are great but all the other characters are forgettable.

The boss fights are pretty good, the pacing is solid and there is a decent amount of side content, even though the sidequests are kind of boring, they just exist only to add a little bit more playtime, because the story is very short.
I had fun revisiting the world of Final Fantasy VII Remake once again and I'm very glad I did.

Final Rating: "Very Good" ~ 7.5/10.

Exactly what I expected.
It's a short but sweet expansion that adds a new cool area to explore, new music tracks, some additional weapons and tools which are pretty strong, and arguably one of the best and most challenging boss fights in the entire game.

I enjoyed the new story arc despite the slow start, it adds some important things to the overall lore. Also it's cheap so if you enjoyed the main game it's definitely worth buying.

Final Rating: "Good" ~ 7/10.

What a magnificent spectacle this game is, I'm honestly in awe.
This was perhaps one of my most anticipated games, it looked absolutely phenomenal and I'm surprised how it actually lived up to the hype.

I was a little bit sceptical at first, because the gameplay felt very simple, but once you get the first 3 Eikons, it feels way better, the amount of abilities you get to unlock as you progress is kind of crazy, there are many Eikons to get by progressing the main story, and every single one has a different moveset, which makes combat feel fresh.

Also I've got to say, I was expecting the exploration to be way more restrictive but it's actually the opposite, there's a good amount of exploration, many side quests and areas to explore, and you can even hunt down monsters for materials to craft equipment. It takes a while for the game to open up though, it's very linear in the beginning, and has a lot of cutscenes that can be annoying, but once it opens up, it gets significantly better.

The story is one of my favorite stories the series has to offer, it's pretty dark and serious, has so many twists and turns, and arguably some of the highest peaks in any game I've ever played. The cutscenes are gorgeous and the boss fights are absolutely jaw-dropping, not only in terms of spectacle but also in terms of gameplay, they're so god damn fun, probably the highlight of the entire game.
Even the characters are very well written, Clive is undoubtedly my favorite character in the entire series, and the side characters are very likeable and relatable in many ways, you can really tell how much love and effort was put into creating this story overall.

As expected, the soundtrack is incredible, every track is beautiful and very much fitting, I found myself either humming some melodies or even singing along to some songs as I was playing.

What blew me away though is the Thousand Tomes, which works as some sort of a library for the game's world and lore where every single piece of information can be found there. It's honestly so important and useful, so much information and things to read so you can keep up with the story, learn about the characters, the monsters, the wars, the secrets of the world and pretty much everything the game has to offer. I actually reached the max level because I spend so much time collecting everything and it was a blast, for the first time ever in a videogame I genuinely loved reading, and finding new information was always very exciting.

That being said, I do have some issues with this game, with the most obvious one being the tedious side quests, which I did all of them yes, I spend way too much time in this game, it took me 87 hours to finish it because I did everything in the world and then finished the main story, and honestly... the side quests I genuinely liked were very few, specifically near the end of the game. Most side quests for like 80% of the game are actually kind of boring, they're not badly written, it's just that all of them are somewhat the same, you go somewhere, kill someone or collect something, go back to the person you first talked to, thats it.
Apart from the side quests being mostly tedious, the world doesn't have many things to offer, there's barely any endgame content, which is unfortunate.

However, my biggest issue with the game is the amount of fetch quests specifically in the middle of the story.
The game starts off very strong, but once you reach halfway through the story, the pacing slows down by a lot, and there's just a lot of random fetch quests that really kill the momentum, even though the pacing gets better shortly after, and the rest of the game has some of the most insane action I've ever seen in a videogame, the tonal shift is very noticeable.

Other than that, even with the issues it has, I'm in love with this game, playing it for the first time felt like a dream come true. What a beautiful experience, It's just so close to being a masterpiece.

Final Rating: "Amazing" ~ 9/10.

Elden Ring is the most Ambitious FromSoftware title to date.
For the first half of the game, I was blown away, the Open World is huge and there are so many things you can do in it, it's absolutely groundbreaking, there are so many areas to explore, a huge map full of castles, ruins, dungeons and cities... even underground cities! It's honestly crazy, this game is insanely big, it has everything you'd expect from a Medieval Open World RPG.

Although the gameplay is identical to previous FromSoftware titles, there are indeed some minor tweaks and changes, new magic spells, a ton of additional weapons to use in combat and many more. Summons are also useful, and quite necessary in some cases.

As for the lore, it's pretty deep and interesting for the most part, the game always encourages the player to keep learning new things via exploring or reading.

The boss fights are spectacular, most of them look phenomenal, their movesets are varied and the animations look gorgeous, however, the game is unbalanced, with some questionable difficulty spikes specifically towards the endgame.

And lastly, there's a lot of recycled content, all the dungeons look the same, many boss fights are reused, some areas look identical but with different colors... there's a lot of copy paste, which isn't necessarily a very bad thing, but it's worth mentioning.

Elden Ring is the true evolution of the genre, an amalgamation of everything FromSoftware has done the past few years, and the ultimate souls game.

Final Rating: "Masterpiece" ~ 10/10.

The Game of the Year Edition of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt makes this one of the most complete videogame experiences ever, with 2 amazing expansions and an insane amount of additional content.

An absolute monster of a videogame.
The main story is very well made with an exceptional cast of characters, and the writing is fantastic, everything in the game has depth to it.

The amount of content is absolutely ridiculous, at first you might get overwhelmed by all the activities the game throws at you, but exploring the map and doing side quests is definitely worth it, this game has perhaps the best side quests I've ever experienced, and the quest design is phenomenal.

The dialogue options are groundbreaking, almost every quest has different outcomes and interactions, it's insane. Your actions have consequences and if you're not careful, you can miss entire questlines that can alter your entire experience with the game.

Also I think it's worth mentioning how beautiful the soundtrack is, it's pretty much one of the highlights of the game and really sets the tone perfectly.

It's an all-around solid game, it does almost everything very well, except from the gameplay which is a little bit clunky so you'll have to get used to it.
The biggest problem I have with the game personally is the amount of filler and padding in the first half of the story, it's a slow burn and takes too long for the pacing to get good, however, even when it's slow, it's still great and has so many things to offer.

The Open World is one of the best I've ever explored, it's very enjoyable from start to finish, there are so many things to do in this game.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt achieved the impossible, it's unbelievable how a small Polish studio managed to create a remarkable videogame like this one.

Final Rating: "Masterpiece" ~ 10/10.

Could have been a game itself, Blood and Wine is an absolute titan of an expansion.

Even though its main story isn't anything crazy, it's still interesting and the new additional characters are great.

Toussaint is the best map in the entire game, it's very big, looks gorgeous and there is a ridiculous amount content. I can sit here and talk for hours how insane the amount of content is, so many things to do, so many interesting side quests and storylines... it's honestly groundbreaking.

Last but not least, there are also some new armor sets and weapons which are pretty cool.

This is without a doubt the best expansion I've played so far.

Final Rating: "Excellent" ~ 9.5/10.

Hearts of Stone is absolutely great, it might be the inferior expansion of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt but it's very solid nonetheless.

I was seriously intrigued by the story, it's very fascinating, and I really liked the new characters as well.

There are some new boss fights which are quite challenging, especially in comparison to the disappointingly simple boss fights of the main game.

And lastly, the setting is very interesting and unique, I absolutely love it.

The only issue I can find is that it's relatively short and lacks content. Unfortunately it's barely 10 hours long and there's no replay-ability.

Final Rating: "Fantastic" ~ 8.5/10.

One of the most special and unique games I've ever played.
The story is masterfully crafted with some very interesting characters, and the writing is genius, the constant fourth wall break is spot on! I don't want to spoil it for you, but I can safely say that this is one of the best stories I've ever experienced, I haven't played a game that tells a tragic story in such a special way ever before.

Once you finish the first playthrough, you'll need to load from your save data to play the second playthrough and then the third playthrough to experience the whole game, and the payoff is definitely worth it.

The gameplay mechanics are incredible too, it constantly switches genres on-the-go, and it's full of surprises. My only complain is the hacking minigame, it's a slog and sometimes you are forced to do it.

Last but not least, the music is absolutely phenomenal, one of the best soundtracks ever, absolutely perfect for the game.

This game is an unforgettable masterpiece, a true gem within the videogame industry that sticks with you forever.

Final Rating: "Masterpiece" ~ 10/10.
