Probably the easiest FromSoftware game, but by all means that doesn’t stop this game from being a literal work of art. The combat is unlimitedly creative, meaning after 70 hours of gameplay I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface. The open world is absolutely stunning and each area is completely different, offering new enemies and new challenges. There is always something to do, wether it be a dungeon, catacomb or a quest line. This game has the most rewarding exploration out of any open world game I’ve ever played, and you know what’s most important? It’s very very fucking fun.

The bosses are all so unique apart from a few that reappear occasionally, and they can range from ridiculously easy to bosses that took me 10+ attempts. This game gives you the choice to either explore through the game and make it one of the easiest From Software games, or rush through the main bosses and make it the hardest one by far. It is made clear from the very get go that everything is the gamers choice. You don’t often get the freedom that Elden Ring gives you, and it’s very refreshing. I absolutely adored this game from start to finish.

I finished the Nameless king finally, and with that I beat one of my new favourite games

Played with friends and the jumping from rooftop to rooftop destroying zombies is way too much fun! Story is absolute dog shit though, yeah, puts a bummer on things. Still though, gameplay is nuts.

Starting with the multiplayer, it is fantastic and shows a lot of promise. Needs a few touch ups in terms of variety, but the gameplay and combat is very engaging and fun. The story sucks total ass and I did not really care about finishing the game; however, the sandbox-like gameplay was so fun I just wanted to go slamming things around, exploding things, grapple to enemies and beat them up. Really conflicting because I had to progress but I kinda just didn't care to at all. Gameplay is really awesome though.

Me and a friend tried to play this, let’s just say we went straight back to Left 4 Dead and had a blast. Not that this game was bad, it’s just kinda boring and lifeless.

Stuck between an 8 and a 9 with this one. I absolutely loved it, and that's for sure. I think it mixes moments of breathtaking action and some extremely horrifying moments very well. The first half of the game is an easy 10/10 and I loved every second of it. The second half still shows glimpses of that but begins to become even more campy and loses some of its steam. Despite that, there is still some absolutely stellar moments, including that jaw dropping twist near the end - both of them. Needless to say, I loved this game and it is survival horror at it's finest with a gorgeous but grimy setting and fleshed out, interesting characters. I just wish it was the 10/10 it was set up to be.

Extremely difficult and the gameplay feels incredibly tight and well done, with every move calculated allowing for your own strategy for a situation. The parkour is also so much fun as you go sliding and wall running around a neon cyperpunk setting with the awesome soundtrack pumping into your ears. I kinda look at this game and ignore the story because it ends abruptly and just didn't engage me at all. If I look at this as just gameplay, this is brilliant.

Beautiful, massive open world and extremely satisfying, fluid and fun gameplay despite some of the lag issues and stutters I occasionally had while playing. The story is okay. I enjoyed uncovering the mystery of the world more than Aloy's actual narrative. Also, the facial animations were horrific. This is a super fun game though and I enjoyed every second of it.

Twelve minutes starts extremely strong and with its hopes high but then becomes a tedious mess that isn't really worth a play through. The whole premise of a time loop is very interesting and executed well. However, as the game goes on and my choices become more and more particular I found myself more bored than I would've liked to be. The plot twist is laughably bad and the controls were quite janky. This had an insane amount of promise but not even the all star cast can elevate this over a 5/10.

I loved this game to MOON and back

Death Stranding is probably the most unique game I’ve ever played, for better and for worse. Hideo Kojima creates an absolutely beautiful but eerie post apocalyptic world so interesting that I just had to explore it and find out more about it. The story he crafts is convoluted and confusing but very emotional with characters I genuinely liked and cared for. This made walking from point A to point B more necessary as I just had to keep continuing the story further. Although I loved the characters, the dialogue was often not the best. The Mario and “Princess Beach” line killed me inside.

Many people call this game “a walking simulator” and to be fair I absolutely agree. The gameplay loop starts off extremely strong, and the world is introduced with many challenges and enemies to surpass. The reason I actually really enjoyed the walking is because it is quite relaxing due to the gorgeous graphics and music. Also, the challenges in your way make getting to your destination very rewarding. However, as the game goes on this loop gets quite tedious, especially in episode 3 and 6 which are both way too long. When weapons are introduced, the gameplay becomes a lot more interesting, and the enemies became easier to beat.

Overall, Death Stranding has its fair share of problems and I’m not brushing past that. But this game is just so incredibly unique and unlike anything I’ve ever played before. I had a really amazing time!
