I just cannot get into this game, I have tried like 3 times. The latest attempt was an unarmed build but unarmed just feels like clunky shit in this game.

I can't tell if the problem I have with this game is just "its the one i didnt play, so I dont know what to do and therefore dont like it" or if there is something just fucked up about the world. I think I do prefer the wide open wasteland to the ruined city scape, it just feels way too cluttered for me.

I was having Bethesda brain worms and I was getting pretty desperate to try one of them I haven't played yet, so I tried Daggerfall. Its pretty cool, and I enjoy the sprite characters and 3D enviroments, the combat was something I wanted to do more of. The thing that kind of made me stop was just that I need some drive to do stuff. Its very cool that this game is basically a life simulator and you can just whatever the fuck you want, but I need more incentive.

I also found it kind of hard to just go to a dungeon and do it compared to modern Bethesda games. LIke yeah, I can just go to a dungeon, but the map is huge and I didnt find one super quick so it irked me.

It is a good and fun story for the Guardians. It definitely stretches itself thin in some places because it needs to reach a certain playtime, but it doesn't cross that threshold too badly. The game looks really good, and probably has some of the best facial rigging I've experienced as of yet, The Gold Guy's was actually insane.

The gameplay felt kind of weird at first, but once you get a couple of the upgrade like witch time and action reload, it clicks a bit more. Once you start using all your team's abilities you can start to see how it all clicks. Its still not my favourite action gameplay, but it was fun dodging and whatnot.

3 times I have played this, and 3 times it has made me cry. A beautiful story with amazing atmosphere. I all the tiny clues you can find hidden around that detail the family, and what you can then put together.

Just a cute little love story. Good art style, good music.

Im gonna rate this more as a remake and yup, its still the same pretty alright licensed platformer. The new style is alright, but not strictly better than the original. Its cool this game is available now. I just hate that you STILL have to have an insane amount of shinies to progress through the game AND buy all the spatulas. And now there aren't even any cheat codes to alleviate that.

This is just a really good game, like there is basically nothing wrong with it. The force puzzles are pretty neat, the combat makes you FEEL like batman, and the story is the good Star Wars shit.

So I watched someone play through this and I really digged the story and characters, and I finally got around to actually trying to play it myself, and I really don;t enjoy the tank controls. Wish they would have remaked this game instead of just going on ahead to RE4.

This is so fucking ass its insane

I think this game has a lot of potential. The level ideas are pretty good and varied, but can either be really boring and empty, or just bad. One level is just constant screen filters that makes it hard to see and just fucking hurts your brain. The second half of the lodge level is pretty much empty corridors (not enough enemies).

The punch combo system could be really good, except the game feels like crap. Parrying feels limp and like you don't even hit it most of the time. Enemies have super poise and will not get interrupted. The game just needs way more oomph to it.

I really wanted to try this since I just got into irl pathfinder (2), and thought it would be fun. But I forgot I really do not enjoy managing a whole party's combat in CRPG's. Specifically table top based ones, everyone just has too many spells and shit that feels reliant on already knowing the system before playing this. My brain just fogs over and all I want to do is basic attack.

Really makes me realize how good Disco Elysium is because I do enjoy dice roll dialogue, but I don't have to do combat. (Even thought all basically all I enjoy in real tabletops is the combat).

This is definitely way more like classic old PC edutainment games of not a lot of gameplay but charming. The main draw of this game is its artstyle which pretty much nails the drawn hidden object book style. The music is pretty neat too.

So I played this with the Sekiro easy mod (more health, damage, better drop rates, more xp, infinite spirit emblems) and I would definitely just enjoy this game more if it was made like a character action game like Metal Gear Revengeance or DMC. The prosthetics allow for some fun subweapons, but not really because they cost spirit emblems. I enjoy the general combat (besides parrying). Getting the mikiri counter, jumping sweeps, kunai'ing airborne targets, thats all really satisfying; I just do not vibe with the parrying in this game, it just feels off.

This also makes me wish Fromsoft would do another game where there is a set protag. I really enjoyed the cutscenes and dynamics that can't be used if you are using a voiceless create-a-character.

The genius behind this game shows almost all the time. It is a true sandbox where you can build anything to solve the missions thrown at you, and the building is easy to grasp. There is a mission where you must guard a statue, so instead of doing a route where I fought the enemies, I instead built a heavy ass piece of armor to cover it completely and just sat on it to protect it.

There are a shit ton of missions too, which is kind of crazy to me. That kind of leads into the only problem I really have with this game is that it actually sent me back into child rage mode. Some of these missions are just bullshit. Some force you to use premade vehicles and they are the worst thing you could EVER build, or some want you to race in areas that are not designed for anything to race on. Those are only a few and I don't think they really besmirch the whole idea behind the game too much.

The music is great, the game is pretty to look at, overall, this is just a top notch puzzle-esque game.

Now THIS has what Dark Souls 3 is missing which is adding meaningful additions from DS2, DS1, AND having its own cool shit. Although I wish it was more than just Earthern Peak, Dreg Heap is a genius idea of having architectural iconography from the series. The Ringed City itself is a beautiful place.

The bosses are all bangers. I think its fun to kite around the 2 demons and the second phase is cool. Midir is a dope motherfucker with moves that are punishing as fuck, but satisfying once you got them down. Gael is Gael, you know what it is. Church boss might be the only lame one since I had to play offline, but I also fear playing against a real person.

And of course, its got the Lapp plot for ultimate kino

A pretty much airtight way to end the series.
