not quite as bad as people make it out to be but it ain't good

game's gameplay loop is actually really fun. good thing they don't change it up whatsoever for 95% of the entire fucking game.
the story is well written and that's about it.

Haven't beaten it but it's a classic. it's not aged as well as other games, but that's not a dig by any stretch of the imagination. the journey is what matters here.

freaking awesome. it may be a bit edgy but idk the gunplay feels so good in this.

arguably one of the top 10 games from it's generation. i even knew the ending and i still felt many many things when it was over.

more fun than the original doom IMO. the atmosphere of this game is incredibly unique. L O V E

the first impressions of this game are incredible but as a video game it's really fucking mid. the story is god tier but jesus i will never play this again because i find the actual game play so middling.

N64 version is unplayable. play on PC and it's actually good.
