Souls-like perfection. Redefines the genre with an open world, accessible progression, excellent art, music and world building.

The first souls-like that I have finished.

Incredible Zelda game. The first open world Zelda. Great abilities, art, music, gameplay, enemies and loot. The shrines mix up gameplay and introduce many great ideas.

Giving this 4.5 stars because of the weapon durability and uninteresting “dungeons”, the divine beasts.

Excellent reimagining of the god of war series. Great characters, visceral combat and some insane bosses and set pieces.

Great RPG from the Witcher developers. Great story, dialogue and an interesting city to explore. True freedom of exploration, with great buildcrafting as well.

Perfect 10/10 experience. It’s got Mario, it’s got wahoo’s, it’s got hats, it’s got Toshiba, it’s got mama Mia’s.

Perfect soundtrack, graphics and level design makes this one of my favorite Mario’s.

Best 2D Metroid since Metroid fusion.

The second soulslike I’ve ever finished. Incredible storytelling through environments. Interesting gameplay, loot and ability trees that feel impactful. The bosses, WHEW, the bosses! Some all time favorites.

Very accessible as well, always a consumable, bonfire and shortcut when you need one.

My spider senses were tingling the entire time. Swinging around NYC for 20 hours was a blast.

Where the heck is portal 3?

Genuinely a perfect puzzle game that improves on the perfection of the first.

One of my most nostalgic games. I remember every Star, every boss, every wah-hah-wahoo.

Great game, excellent abilities, predictable yet entertaining story. Loved every second swinging around NYC with the swagger of a teenage black kid. His personality and how it shows through to his movement was top notch.

What’s not to love. It’s Mario 64/Sunshine but in space.

One of the few resident evils I’ve finished front to back. Excellent horror setting, genuinely creepy and mysterious village. Bosses are excellent and the puzzle solving was entertaining.

Best music in any game ever. Gameplay, gore and guns are all 11/10.
