Absolute masterpiece of a game. Looks stunning, plays incredibly, is bigger and bolder than the first without losing any of the charm. A Top 10 of all time (replacing the first one).

Incredible cRPG. Combat is incredible. Story is well done, although I remember literally nothing from it. Played with the eponymous dos2-crew for almost a year.

Another one played with the wife. Puzzles actually require deduction, but they were generally quite easy. Game is short.

Fun game to play with the wife. Funny scenarios in this time-travel story, and the puzzles were well done. Not the best PnC ever, but I would never not recommend it to fans of the genre.

As far as the story and writing is concerned, I'm too dumb politically to fully understand and appreciate what this game has to say (I'm mostly apathetic towards politics, political theory, social sciences, etc.). The underlying mechanics of a mostly dialogue-oriented RPG are really well done and the character building is super unique. The branching stories and dialogue are ridiculously seamless and every dialogue system should steal from this game.

Dave Gilbert's best PnC to date. The story is interesting, the puzzles are satisfying, the party mechanics are well-done, and all of the characters feel like they belong.

Fun little adventure exploration game that got lost in the shuffle while I moved houses. Will potentially pick it back up again when there's a lull.

The 2D platforming was excellent and, for obvious reasons, felt similar to DKC. But the 2.5D world exploration felt tiresome after a while. Still a well-made game.

Thought I'd enjoy this more than I would by the trailers, but the controls didn't feel good and the jumping was too floaty for a "tough as nails" platformer.

Really fun golf RPG. Golf mechanics are super solid, the story takes you to some cool and unexpected places (old folks home murder mystery??) and the dialogue bubbles with the HD rumble really adds to the experience. Excited for the sequel.

Fantastic game held back by way too many moons to collect. Gameplay is tight. Level design is wonderfully creative. Capturing creatures and objects never ceases to be fun. As my first 3d Mario game, I now understand the Mario hype.

Decent game to mess around in, but doesn't do anything that great. The limit of 3 players made it so that the dos2-crew couldn't keep playing for an extended period of time. The lack of an overall story keeps me from coming back.

Great mini golf shenanigans to be had in this game, especially with collision set to on. Practically infinite mods keep the game fresh.

Fun game that the dos2-crew got bored of. The ability to switch characters at any time per player made the game not feel like a co-op game, and thus the crew dropped it.

Second time through got to about the same place as I did in 2019/2020. A really good problem solving game that speaks to the inner software engineer in me. After a while I just get burned out and end up stopping about 75% of the way through the main story. This is a rare game that I feel guilty about not finishing (twice now), but alas, it will probably remain that way.
