a good time! but has less of an identity than most mario karts. kinda just a portable version of MKWii

it's a solid platformer but suffers from 80s level design where it's hard for the sake of length
i've dabbled in it and liked what i've seen! obviously bridging the gap of persona-ness and SMT-ness
my favorite parts of mario games are enhanced by the linearity, so the more open ended structure takes it away from me a little bit.

the most unique of the original 3 marios; however, designed less linearly, which is not playing to the strengths of mario
this game is so good that the most major nitpicks just mess with the perfection of the original atmosphere.
