One of my favorites fighting games. Has very simple inputs, which means focusing more in the fight and your opponent and less in the controls.
And you can say whatever you want about this game.
But no one can deny that the presentation and graphics are mind blowing.

Zeta for the win.

After being expecting this game's release for months, I managed to play it day one.
The graphics, gameplay and soundtrack are phenomenal.
One of my favorites of the genre from the very first moment. WayForward made it again.
The original ending is just stupid but they fixed it via a patch. So nothing to worry about now.

It was a feast. The art direction and the music makes you want to replay each level over and over.
It's more like a relaxing experience than anything else. And so is how you must play it to really enjoy it.
Don't kwon if this game is popular, but if is not, is definitively a hidden gem.

The game is really good.
I'm mostly a Mario Kart player, so it takes a while to get used to Crash Team Racing gameplay, but is solid and fun, and pretty hard. There is no place for mistakes, as a single slip may cost you the race.
Because of this, if you want a solid and skill demanding racing game, this is for you, but if you want a party racing game, Mario Kart remains king.

Pretty enjoyable reimagining of the first gen.
It also looks very well. A nice balance between modern graphics and how the original games look.
Pokémon catching mechanics suck, though.

I´m not a great Soul Calibur fan, but this series has been present in various meetings with my friend trough the years. As I'm not and expert, is hard to compare improvements in the combat and so, but the presentation, roster and graphics are awesome. And the new guest characters are on point.

Remaster of one of the best Game Cube games. As sweet as short. But even after you finished it you want to play it again once more.
Luigi is great.

I always feel it's very slow. And I have grown to like more fast paced Mario Party games. Its good, but there are a lot to improve.

I have never bother myself with the main adventure mode, but I have played this in multiplayer for hours upon hours and is a blast. Fast, simple and fun. The only things that you need in a party/multiplayer mode. A wonderful game.

Great animations and character design, and a beautiful world to explore. Pretty enjoyable. The concept of Spirit Guide is original, and is well implemented in-game.
However, is sad they never go deep into the protagonist backstory. Its a wasted opportunity to deliver a more personal experience. But its a good game, no doubt.
I recommend to play it on a higher difficulty (for experienced players at least).

Never had the chance to play it on WiiU, so is great they brought it to Switch. It fuses the best of 2D Mario with the best of 3D Mario.
A wonderful experience.

Bowser's Fury is a nice experiment. Not amazing, but is always good to see new gameplay mechanics in Mario games.

The fact that it won't support GC controllers is a big drawback for me and my friends. The game is ok, but still the first two entries are better than this one.
It's so sad that it won´t live up to the hype it created.

EDIT: After playing the game on Yuzu, and adding the GameCube controller support via emulation, the game is so much more enjoyable.

2022

A very special experience. Interacting with the word as a cat is pretty unique and fun, and the story and narrative works great thanks to this fact.
The robots feel so alive and a lot more credible and human than most human NPCs in a lot of other games. The environments are so much fun to explore, and the story meets the expectations. My only complain is the ending; it comes out of nowhere and feels a little hollow. But the journey is great nevertheless.
Pretty unique, worth playing game. Be warned; it is somehow a walking simulator with puzzles here and there. If you don't dig that, keep your distance.

2016

Non-stop, fun-oriented, fast paced action.
Controls are incredible thigh and responsive. I'm not a FPS expert, but this is one of the best I have played in my life. I´m looking forward to Doom Eternal now.
Maybe the platforming sections are a little bit off, but northing too serious.
Very polished graphics and art direction, and great sound design.
Big freaking fun game.
