First Game I played per Console
Ordered in play order, although 3-5 are near impossible to timeline properly in my mind, so I just put them by release date.
Separated digital and physical games where I can.
I legit couldn't even begin to guess what my first PS1 game was; all my memories of the early days of that console mesh together.
I also don't remember my first mobile game. I'm guessing it was Snake, but so many random games came with mobiles back then and I don't even remember the name of any of them except Snake.

Megadrive. Tbh I have 0 memory of which game I played first on the console, but my brother seems confident this is the first game he EVER played, and since we shared a Megadrive, chances are this was mine too?
Gameboy (This or Alleyway)
Arcade. Pretty sure this is the first video game I played on a legit arcade machine.
N64
PC (Physical). Pretty sure it was this. It might have Rollercoaster Tycoon, but since this released first I'm using this.

Dreamcast. I'm very unsure on this one since me and my brother got a second hand Dreamcast with a bunch of games at once, but I thiiiink it was this? It would definitely have been a multiplayer game anyway.

PS2. Technically I'd played PS2 games before on my brothers PS2, but this was the first on my own (And I don't remember what game I played first on my brothers otherwise I'd put that too)
Nintendo DS. Like with the PS2 I played a few games on my brother's before I got my own, but this time I remember what the game was - and it was this one.

Wii. Like everyone else, I assume. Also weirdly I don't think I ever played a digital Wii game. I guess at the time I just wasn't in to buying older games. How silly of me.

Xbox One. The last of the games I played on a system my brother owned. This was long after we really played games with each other, but he had asked me to play this while he watched, so here's the one and only Xbox One game I ever played.
PS3 (Via PS Now). I played it with my free trial of PS Now (Which ran kinda bad for me lol).
NES (Via Switch). I never owned a real NES, so the NES emulator on Switch is the first time I played a game I guess you could count as being "played on NES"
