Judgement of Solomon Gaming, or Games That Use Half the Controller, or One-Handed Gaming but not like nukige

Games that can be beat with only half of the controller. This means no mobile games, no games where you could take your time and use the full controller, no rebinding controls, no one-button games (eg. Canabalt), no movement only games, no Wiimote stuff, no touch controls, no mouse/keyboard only titles. Only titles that could theoretically be finished if you cut your controller straight in half.

I gotta say I'm not completely following on some of these, unless the list is, like, commentary? Like how do you beat Bayonetta or either of those Nier games with only half the controller?

@cowboyjosh I will have to verify NieR and Bayonetta further but my understanding is they all have autobattle modes and very easy difficulty options allowing them to be completed by only moving.

Ohhh sure ok I forgot about easy modes. Nier definitely has a lot of mandatory “press [face button] to interact” prompts; not sure if you’re counting that or not.

The 8 player mode in Mario party 7 where each player uses half of the controller

If you cut the controller horizontally I'm pretty sure DK King of Swing can be beaten with only L and R.

The Adventures of Cookie and Cream has a split controller option for 2P co-op, each player using one side of the controller.
