Some people did not like the English DUB or the script of the US, version so they re-translated the Japanese version leaving the Original Audio
Prism Land Story; This game was released in PAL territories with the memory card functions removed. And in the US as Sorcerer's Maze but changing the story.

One of the simplest and most obscure Playstation games ever made, the Family Diamond game would be better known in America as Chinese Checkers
All the scripts have been translated, but apparently they did/could not insert all of the translated script for the Events in the game (ran out of space to work with, perhaps?). So, they’ve included a text file that contains the translated script for all the Events as a workaround.

So, the patch is now final and finished, but not quite technically complete. But with everything now translated–even if you have to refer to the text file to know what’s happening during most of the Events–this game should now be fully playable.
All the movie files are still in Japanese
