A grindy experience that I described as "Something to do with your hands." Starts and ends as a slog and is brought down by numerous small annoyances. Likely wont return to it unless desperately bored.

Really cool game that I wish I'd played sooner. Easy to see why these games are so highly praised. A must for fans of good horror.

Amazing game. I am very biased as someone who has played this game as long as I can remember. Fresh players are heavily punished for not exploring for upgrades.

I have a very hard time finding things to consider flaws with this game. It is not fully released, but if future updates maintain this level of quality I will have no issue calling it one of my favorite games of all time.

Love this game. There are some flaws that I could very well see adding up to make someone dislike the game. For me, though, it's just a blast to play and it has a lot of charm. Total baby game, but the death wish missions provide a more than welcome challenge.

Had fun playing this game. It is a good length for me (2.5h) and I thought it was a cool experience. Exploration and moving around was a lot of fun. Found some enjoyment in the story and presentation. Bosses were pathetic.

I'd say this game is objectively good, although I enjoyed it a bit less than some. I respect this game a lot, as it does many things extremely well. I felt like it went on for a few hours too long. By the end I was very willing to leave a lot of loose ends with optional stuff. This soured the experience for me, but I would still be willing to recommend.

Game feels ahead of its time in some ways. Needed more enemy types. Plasma cutter is real fun to use. Cool atmosphere and set pieces.

I've played this game for basically its entire lifespan. This game is extremely cool and truly one of a kind. A lot of care went into the creation of each of its characters and maps. The art of it I cannot praise enough. Unfortunately, it outgrew its intended purpose as a casual MOBA and is on its way out. New players trickle in and out and veteran players are most of what's left, so it may not be as accessible. As a veteran player who paid for the full game I cannot judge the new F2P experience.
1999
Game ruined its spiritual successors for me since they all come off as imitations. The game absolutely shows its age and that will be a turn off for some. Once you get the hang of it, the game is a truly incredible experience. Sad I'll never play it for the first time again.

One of the greatest games of all time. For the low price, you get hours upon hours of content that I still get annual cravings for. Legendary game, everyone should try it.

Played on steam version. Love the concept. Very simple yet enjoyable. Some frustrations with checkpoints.

Little tiny metroidvania. Liked it. One decent sitting to finish. Could see myself revisiting down the line when I'm bored.
Paper Mario got Miyamoto'd and we'll never recover.

Fantastic time with friends. This game has a lot of potential. I pray it updates faster before another game comes along and does everything better.
