Fuck this trash ass game.
How was the first game so amazing but this sequel a literal pile of dog shit?
Everything from the repetitiveness, the the level design, to the sheer lack of direction. I will never touch this game again.

There are no words to explain the masterpiece this game was. Released in 1998 and even in 2023 the game felt as good as ever. The controls took a bit to get accustomed to again but after that it was buttery smooth. A challenging experience that brought me back to my childhood in all the right ways.
10/10 game and forever a classic.
Definitely gonna be doing more playthroughs

Short indie title but visually pleasing, confusing story line from the very start, I found myself just mindlessly going through the game with no real direction. Can’t say I would do another play through but it has me looking forward to the sequel “Deliver Us Mars”

High On Life was a really funny game.
The interactions with NPCs and overall dialogue was everything my adult humor needed.
As far as replay-ability? I could see myself doing another run through more focused on side missions.
Beautiful visual, engaging gameplay, and funny as hell.

Holy shit what a masterpiece of a 2001 video game.
the graphics were good, the gameplay was even better. I enjoyed the hack and slash style of game. Would definitely play it again on harder difficulty for more of a challenge.

Story: all over the place
Combat: atrocious
Voice acting: laughable
The little cutscene after clearing enemies: unnecessary
Overall experience: not great.
My hopes are def higher for the later games, but my expectations for this game were underwhelming

This game really showed its age.
The story while hard to follow was pretty good. Little twist there towards the end. My only complaint was the mechanics but we are talking 2007 PS3 here. Back then I can see how this was a major step forward for gaming. Even by todays standards the graphics were exceptional regardless of wonky controls. I cant say I would play this game over and over, but it did offer about 8 hours of enjoyment as I finished the game in one sitting.
A part of me is kind of kicking myself for not playing these when they came out. But I had no money, and my parents only allowed me to get certain games. Don’t see myself doing another play through anytime soon, but then again I might play it in 2027 to celebrate 20 years, who knows.

Took about 3 hours to beat and I played it as a break from the last of us.
Nothing much to say about this one. I really enjoyed everything about it especially the nostalgia it gave my collecting artifacts of Sony products past. The game was made to show off the dual sense controller and that’s exactly what it did

I rented the original for PS3 when I lived AK a few months after it came out. I played about half of it before I got stuck on a mission that no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t figure out how to beat it. Fast forward to now, I decided to revisit the game in the form of the remaster (thank you PS premium).
The story was good and I didn’t find myself getting bored with it. The pacing was pretty solid and it gave me about 3 days worth of playtime. The graphics were great, even though it had a bunch of visual glitches, and I’m talking real GameSprout type content. Eventually I will add part 2 to my list of games, but I’m glad to finally say I have played and beaten TLoU, but I do not plan to ever play it again

Blood Omen 2 was a love hate relationship. Love that it’s part of the Legacy of Kain series, hate that it didn’t live up to the standard of Soul Reaver. From what I understand BO2 and Soul Reaver 2 were being developed by the same studio but not the same team that worked on Soul Reaver 1. From memory I can tell where blood omen lacks. I used to watch my cousin play SR but I was never old enough to understand to play it myself. The game was very repetitive. The voice acting was laughable. The combat. Well let’s just say it was comical. All in all it’s a classic of a great series and ironically it’s story is a prequel to Soul Reaver that came out 5 years prior.

Really good and stunning as far as visuals are concerned. Growing up, I never got into the RPG style of the FF series. I don’t think I couldn’t survive the 22 hours I put into the remake on the original, but none the less it was enjoyable and I don’t regret playing it.
I will be picking up Rebirth when it releases end of this year just to complete the full FF7 story

WHAT AN AMAZING GAME.
I had high expectations for this game after playing its predecessor and it delivered on every level. The design, story, and gameplay just felt/looked amazing.
I put an easy 40 hours into the game starting on release day while working a full time job. Can't wait to revisit for NG+

Solid follow up to 2018s Spider-Man. Wasn't all that blown away with the title but it was fun to play. Really showed off the new PS5 hardware and features. Don't really have much else to say on it.

I bought the limited edition PS4 pro for this game and maybe played 2ish hours then dropped it until I got a PS5. I guess it was the departure from the linear hack and slash, the the slower paced story telling that threw me off from the God of War of old.
The story was great, the gameplay was great, the game over all was great. Glad i was able to revisit this game 4 years later to complete it before Ragnarok release.
