Isn't Ash like 16? Also some of these are more like bishonen than outright femboys imo. For example I'd put Eric from CV Bloodlines (specifically in the Japanese release) over Soma. Also I'm pretty sure Saki from Sin & Punishment is a young adult because the vision of him from 10 years in the future is the exact same character model as present day. Jamil in Romancing SaGa as well disguises himself via crossdressing.
