Mainline Mario Series
An up to date ranking of the Mainline Mario franchise! This means no spin offs like Party, Kart, or any of the sports games. This is the platformer goodness the big M is famous for. I will include games like Land, Maker, and the like though as they are adjacent enough to feel right at home. As with my other lists I will only put the version I like most of the games if a remaster exists. No need to put essentially the same game twice right? On with the list now! WAHOOOO!

So I'm curious what makes Super Mario Land be the bottom of the roaster?
@Star6Wars1 Mostly it being basic. It controls kinda wonky, doesn't really feel like Mario most of the time and the levels don't stand out much. It feels like a very stripped down version of what Mario is but with bouncing fireballs instead of the classic styled ones being the only notable neat thing. Mix that with oldschool ugly GB graphics that make it hard to tell what sprite is what and you normally die because of either stiff controls or just confusion that the thing before you could actually hurt you.
