Was literally going to joke that "Bloodborne is Dark Souls with guns" before I saw Remnant.
I guess Grim Dawn can be "Diablo with guns", though I don't know how integrated into the game the gun has to be. Since you can easily play Grim Dawn without doing a gun build.
Maybe we can say also "Fallout is Elder Scrolls with guns" too.

Remnant is a good choice, but c'mon, everyone knows Bloodborne is the prime Dark Souls with guns.

Also, pretty sure Brotato is Vampire Survivors but with guns, and if you want to be REALLY specific and funny... Rayman Raving Rabbids is Rayman with guns. Sure, not real guns, but still.

I've taken almost every suggestion so far, thanks guys. Gonna refrain from adding Rayman Raving Rabbids and Fallout for now, but I could be convinced with arguments and I might look up more footage later.

Great list! Remnant is, like, the perfect one for this. I think Greedfall could be considered Dragon Age: Origins with guns.

At least when it comes to the Bethesda games, modern Fallout and Elder Scrolls share a lot of commonalities. I feel Oblivion and Fallout New Vegas (or 3) share some of the most similarities. Both are open world, first person, action RPGs with hundreds of explorable areas that you find by taking note of the markers of your minimap. They have major attributes like Strength, Endurance, Luck, Agility/Speed, and Charisma/Personality that effect how your character plays. They also have many minor attributes that effect a single aspect of your character such as blade, block, security (lockpicking), sneak, and speechcraft in Oblivion; whereas Fallout has stuff like guns, sneak, lockpicking, speech, energy weapons, and science. The way conversations with NPCs are framed are very similar with a zoom-in on the NPC with the world pausing around you. They share the same item storage system that restricts how much you can carry in your inventory. The flow of dungeon delving has a very similar feeling in terms of pacing and layout design. The sneaking system, pickpocketing and stealing are identical. There's other similarities, but I think the key thing is that they're the same genre with very similar game systems in terms of control, character customization, and combat (only Fallout has guns).

Came in for Shadow the Hedgehog, wasn't disappointed.

Theres an awful game called The Ranchers thats trying to be a stardew valley but with guns and gta mechanics lol

You could maybe make an argument that Armored Warriors is Final Fight but with guns.
