[CLOSED] Recommend Me A Game To Review
[ABANDONED]
Read the last comment for clarification.
Original Description:
[Games that have been reviewed are sorted chronologically after The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild]
You've probably seen these floating around by now, and it's been well-established that I am a trend-chasing charlatan. Recommend me a game and I'll play it and write a review on it sometime between Now and Soon™.
(Preferably from my backlog, but the only real ground rules are that I'm poor and I got a toaster of a PC so don't recommend anything current gen or too intensive. Everything else is fair game.)

okage shadow king
forget me not: palette?
The Cat Lady, if you're still accepting requests
i made a mistake and confused the ps1 remake of palette as the one with an english translation, so id like to change my vote to the og palette that actually is playable in english
@ludzu You got it chief! (I was gonna actually gonna try to bumble through the remake if you didn't bring that up lmao)

UPDATE (August 27th, 2023):
Over 22 months ago, I started this list because everyone else was doing it and I wanted to hop on the hot new bandwagon. After 35 suggestions from various users (one of the highest final game count of my peers who also hopped on the trend), I was swamped in choices, but I decided to go ahead anyways as one of the last few users still bothering to tackle this project. Unfortunately, nearly 2 years later, I am sorry to admit that I'm just kind of fucking tired of thinking about this list, and so, I'm deciding to officially Give Up. Despite the high highs and the abysmal lows I've seen tackling the list, I'm grateful for all the suggestions and the new experiences this got me to try, and I can't state how much the support I got for each of the pieces I wrote on all of the games here means to me, but I'm bored of thinking about this, and I'm tired of having this hang over my head every time I realize I haven't written anything in months, and anyone who still cared about this has for all intents and purposes long since moved on. I'm not quitting the site or anything, don't worry, I'll probably still be writing about video games for as long as I enjoy playing them, but I am officially pulling the plug on this little project. The 24 games I did get to were quite enjoyable all things considered, but it's about time I moved on from this. Thank you for reading.
