I'll Remember Your Face, Pal

A list of games featuring a famous likeness - I'm sticking with official, properly licensed ones for now since "featuring characters clearly based on so-and-so" would crowd up 99% of the list (though I'd like to try doing that at some point). For the sake of my sanity I'm not including things like official sports games having likenesses of athletes or games based on movies that feature likenesses of the actors. Gotta be a product of the world of video games!
Similarly, I'm not going to include FMV games or actors who appear in live-action cutscenes, since those aren't likenesses. Sorry Command & Conquer!

WIP but also starting to get a bit thorny looking at more recent games, where facial capture is becoming the norm and tons of games are starting to have recognisable faces as a matter of course. Does every David Cage game from Heavy Rain onwards belong on here? Also, do I have to list every single celebrity appearance in Fortnite? Tough questions!

Fortnite has two original characters based off The Rock and Brie Larson, so it should get in on a technicality

You've just made that up.

Takeshi Kitano in Yakuza 6 and Takuya Kimura in Judgment btw

4, 5 and Zero as well, off the top of my head. Can't remember if anyone's in 3!

There's a sort of urban legend that Andy Lau (one of the lead actors from Infernal Affairs) shows up as one of the pedestrian NPCs in Prototype

I'm assuming you considered Death Stranding and exempted it before listing P.T.?

That Andy Lau thing is insane.
I haven't actually played Death Stranding and was going to add it thinking it was just Reedus and Mikkelsen, but when I went to look up their character names I saw that there's tons of people in it and I just haven't gone through them all yet. It does start to bring it into that grey area of ensemble casts, though if I'm adding Yakuza games...

I recognized that and I clapped! I know what that is!

Do all the Japanese wrestlers in Yakuza 6 and Kiwami 2 count

Honestly there's like a million more in every Yakuza game from 4 on, hostesses, side story characters ...

All the wrestlers do count!
Need to gauge whether or not I want to be a person who is scrolling through cast lists on Japanese sites trying to figure out which manzai act or AV star showed up in one sidequest.

There's a character modeled after John Carpenter in The Thing video game:
