1992 - I'm no really bothered aboot this. It's fine. There was just fuck all else I liked that was oot in 1992.

1993 - No contest.

1994 - Samus rules.

1995 - One of my favourite series of all time.

1996 - The scariest thing seven-year-old me had ever seen. The box art alone. Nightmares for weeks.

1997 - I rented this from the video shop over and over. Once phoned the day it was due to ask if I could have it a day longer and got threatened down the phone.

1998 - This blew my tiny mind. Still kinda does. An all-timer.

1999 - I truly lived in that world. Ine-san made me dinner, and I drove a forklift.

2000 - God I fuckin' love masks.

2001 - Killing a person ain't no big deal.

2002 - THE laser-focused survival horror experience. Genuinely untouchable.

2003 - A bizarre year for me. Looked through a list of 600 releases and it was mostly shit, or stuff I never knew about and have since added to the backlog. Settled on GHS, a game 14 year old me never finished but started a lot of times and enjoyed what he played.

2004 - Just endless weekends staying at my pal's house. Up all night passing the controller, exploring the place and causing havoc. Great memories.

2005 - The best game ever made. Fuck you. Kill you.

2006 - For me, it's THE zombie game. Never topped.

2007 - Nothing quite like controlling hell powers as a 21 year old who looks and sounds 46.

2008 - FUCKHEAD!

2009 - Join me on the wind. Let us renew this world.

2010 - What's that, Zach? Ah, you're right, people on this site do need to calm the fuck down.

2011 - Get your jeans on, some fallen angels need humbled.

2012 - She stinks. She's great.

2013 - Please play this series. It rules.
