This sequel is a crazy big step up from the first PaRappa game. While quite a short game, just like the first, it makes every bit of time spent on it feel worth it. The songs in the game are also way more catchy and interesting, with one level having a bouncier song that can be a little tricky to master, and another having a slower song that can still offer some sort of challenge for the player. The amount of soul and care put into this game is very evident and is astounding. I very highly recommend checking this game out if you are a fan of rhythm games.

Pretty decent game with some cool enough puzzles and a really nice artstyle. Nothing special though.

I had a lot of fun playing through this game. While I think a lot of the characters could have been fleshed out more, a few of them I found really interesting. The investigations always feel like they have a lot to offer and are rewarding when you finally piece together all the information that you have collected while in a trial. The trials are also very fun with the loads of different mechanics to use while you are pin-pointing and objecting information. Loved the game overall and I cannot wait to see what else this series has to offer.
