I like Mega Man especially Zero he made me realise I was attracted to more than girls

Takes a drab first entry and pours so much charm into it. Powered Up also feels sooooooo much better, too. Don’t even get me started on all the content it offers, either!
Even if I don’t think it flows as well as the original MMX, it’s still the same great game at its core. What really sells Maverick Hunter for me is the story, though. X’s performances tear at my heartstrings.
What I love about Mega Man is perfectly encapsulated in Zero 3. The sheer amount of freedom and creativity the player has leaves for endless possibilities, and it’s a lot of fun, too! It’s definitely easier than the other Zero games, but going for S ranks is still quite the challenge. Need I mention its wonderful music, great art direction, and enticing narrative? I love Zero so much.
You know, even the aspects of this game I can appreciate have massive asterisks next to them. So, it’s hard for me to say anything about X7 works.
Rather than talk about how miserable this game makes me, I’ll talk about some positives instead! First of all, the armours are pretty goddamn great. Not only are their designs awesome, but they serve plenty of utility as well. There are also a few stages I would consider decent, including Blizzard Wolfang and Rainy Turtloid. The music is obviously amazing as well. These positives alone raise X6 to at least a 2/10 for me!
It may be the easiest of the X games, but it’s also the most creative, polished, and hella fun. Fully playable Zero was the best decision they ever made.
My love for this game has sadly gone astray. I appreciate how unique and varied it is, and I love the vibe it goes for. My problem is that the game is overwhelming to actually play; it spams enemies to the point it feels like it’s specifically designed to distract. I also feel like a lot of its ideas are either undercooked or unpolished.
Fun fact: I loved this game so much that I played through the entire game seven times over the course of seven days. Why? Just for the hell of it.
The ultimate speed game. It has such a sublime flow that never gives up. It took a while to grow on me, but now it’s my favourite of the X series.
6 takes the crown for being the easiest game in the entire series. Seriously, it’s impressive! That’s not to say 6 isn’t good, of course. It’s still a very creative entry and a solid send-off for Mega Man on the NES.
Nevermind, I lied. Mega Man II on Game Boy is the easiest in the series. It’s not even interesting; it’s bland as hell and has screen crunch. And for some reason, they fucked up the music.
This was the game that got me into Mega Man back in 2019. It irons out all my issues with the first three and adds some integral innovations. It’s challenging, yet completely fair!
This was the first Mega Man game I actually played, as I’m sure was most others. I respect it for how important it is for the series, and I can have fun with the main stages. I simply find other classic entries far more interesting.
