This is still on my backlog because of the water planet. Had to quit the game when I saw it (was the first planet I went to).
Underwater plane mission.
There's a HUGE thing underwater in Urdak (Not an enemy, though).
Only the beginning.
Underwater sequences. Very few, though.
The HUGE underwater Colossi. Also, the entrance to the third colossi.
Sharks/Crocodiles/Underwater Caves. And I think there's a kind-of-scripted jump scare with a crocodile. Or maybe it was in FC4, idk.

Fuck this game. But it's great, helped me build some resilience.

Saw a playthrough of it. Yeah, awful.
Nautica planet. Other water planets are very peaceful.
There's a water section. You can mostly avoid the water if you don't fall, though.
