Basically a wishlist of games I wish would receive modern ports, obscurity and licensing be damned! Let me be clear though that this is a personal list of games I have played myself and is a personal selection and isnt meant to be a comprehensive list. Ive added some notes here and there where technically some games are available... But not on any level I could consider fully available.

To be clear - This represents the version with Fei-Long, Dee-Jay, T-Hawk, Guile and other additions. It feels weird that this isnt included in the Street Fighter collection by Capcom given an arcade port WAS made for this.
Theres also the PSP edition which is still available digitally for PSP/Vita but the characters taken from CvS2 (like for Eagle/Yun/Maki) have scaling issues that cause them to just look awkward next to everything else.
Then theres the issue of World Tour mode which is missing from all current SFA3 ports despite it being a massive selling point for the console editions

Technically yes this is available via Arcade Archives but im talking about the Dreamcast edition which added extra strikers & had fancy-ass new backgrounds.
Yes this is available in many places but im specifically referring to the Dreamcast port which added Morrigan from Darkstalkers and Aine from the Samurai Aces series.
Though if this ever did get a re-release, you know DAMN well they would need to modify out the game-over cheat codes.

Final Fantasy V is available around but the versions have graphical issues, mobile UI issues and all are missing the extra content in this release.

This is for the Game Boy version of the game, the DOS edition is available but that version sucks.
Please let me stress if this does, HAVE AN ENGLISH TRANSLATION IN. We dont want another PC-Engine Mini debacle.

This 'technically' is on Switch... But its the port of the GBA version which has completely altered (read: worse) level designs and some swapped out music. NAY. I want the actual James Pond 2.

Do I take Metro Cross off the list? It is technically available on Switch and Ps4... But only in certain regions. For some reason it wasnt given a release where I live (Europe). Which is annoying.
I think Metro Cross being removed makes sense. It's also available on 360 via Namco Museum Virtual Arcade, if I recall correctly.

@FrozenRoy - It is on there but its not on Backwards Compatibility so I cant really say its on a modern system for that port. Its rather annoying because I do want to play it but apparently theres an obscure copyright issue (which is why on the Xbox360 pack, it appears as a hacked title called 'Retro-Cross'. I assume Namco didnt supply Hamster with that hacked edition)
Decided to keep Metro-Cross in just because I feel like proving a non-existent point. Also added a heap of games including the Dizzy series because dammit Codemasters, I just want a Dizzy collection.
Panzer Dragoon Saga, Shining Force 3, Shining the Holy Ark, Dragon Force, Guardian Heroes, Shadow Hearts 1-3 would be some of my personal choices....great list idea though.

Noted the HD remakes for We <3 Katamari, Ghost Trick and the Etrian Odyssey titles. Also added a few notes for games on Evercade and Amiga Mini. Finally removed Pac-Man World (remake) and Don Doko Don (Arcade Archives).
Removed some comments regarding the Wii-U and 3DS shops and added a heap of games from both these systems (well mostly 3DS) onto the list. Oof.
Took both Ridge Racer Type 4, Ape Escape and Legend of Dragoon off the list. Tomorrow I guess im taking the Etrian Odyssey games off and then the day after We <3 Katamari? Yupp.
