Persona 5 Royal was my most anticipated videogame for some time, so I decided to preorder the Ultimate Edition... was it worth?
The story remains mostly the same, but it's been expanded with 2 additional characters, a new Palace and a third semester, which is undoubtedly the best story arc in the entire game.
The gameplay is improved in almost every way; there are new major mechanics like the grappling hook and the showtimes but there are also minor improvements over the baton pass and the guns, which made the combat system even more fun.
Same with the characters; in Persona 5 Royal, not only there are 3 additional characters, but there's also a reworked confidant and a new arc for a vital character as well.
The Palaces have received some changes; there are new areas to explore, new items to collect and the most frustrating parts have been removed.
The music is even better; Shoji Meguro strikes again with a unique "Royal" touch this time.
Lastly, there are new additions for Mementos, interesting changes to the boss battles, more free time and side-content, a ton of other QoL improvements and even faster loading times.
Unfortunately though, while the story of the game got better, the pacing is still slightly inconsistent at times.
Other than that... what more could I ask for?

Pros:
+ Expanded story
+ Refined gameplay
+ Additional characters
+ Major improvements
+ Minor tweaks
+ More content

Cons:
- Minor pacing issues

Narrative: 10/10
Gameplay: 10/10

Persona 5 Royal is Persona 5 at its finest; by improving upon the original game in every way while adding features that I consider essential to be in the game, it managed to exceed my high expectations.
Persona 5 was already an RPG masterpiece, and Persona 5 Royal is a significantly better experience overall; it's undoubtedly one of the best videogames ever made.

Do I recommend it?:
If you've played Persona 5 before... yes!
If you haven't played Persona 5 before, then it's a must-play.

255 hours later, I finally saw the credits roll in this game and I still can't believe it's actually over; it felt like an experience of a lifetime.
As someone who loved Breath of the Wild and had sky-high (pun intended) expectations for Tears of the Kingdoms, I got to say... the game surpassed my expectations.
Now, while the combat system and the visuals remain largely the same as in Breath of the Wild, everything else has been improved; the story is more engaging, the puzzles are more creative, there's more enemy variety, the map has been changed in many areas and there's much more content overall.
However, being able to explore islands in the goddamn sky and the gloomy depths, paired up with Breath of the Wild's unmatched sense of exploration and even more player freedom, a huge world filled with so much content, 100 hours of playtime feels like barely scratching the surface, is an unbelievable achievement that I didn't think was possible for videogames.
And I thought Breath of the Wild had mind-blowing abilities and mechanics but Tears of the Kingdom puts it to shame with its new set of abilities and tweaks; they're simply game-changing.
With that being said though, I wish the sky islands were slightly more dense and the frame rate was more consistent.

Pros:
+ Addictive gameplay
+ Groundbreaking new ideas
+ Massive world filled with nearly endless amount of content
+ Genius mechanics
+ Gorgeous visuals & audio

Cons:
- Frame drops at times

Narrative: 5/10
Gameplay: 10/10
Content: 10/10
Characters: 6/10
Music: 9/10
Art Style: 10/10

Final Rating: 10/10

While Breath of the Wild was a breath of fresh air for the Open World genre, Tears of the Kingdom raises the bar for the Open World genre up to the skies both figuratively and literally, and it goes even further by redefining the limits of videogames in general.
This is a "once-in-a-decade" kind of game, an achievement in the videogame industry and a very strong contender for being the best videogame experience I've ever had.

Do I recommend it?:
It makes Breath of the Wild obsolete, so it's a must-play.

After 80+ hours, I finally get to talk about Elden Ring, FromSoftware's first Open World game.
Unexpectedly enough, despite being FromSoftware's first Open World game, the open world in Elden Ring is quite possibly the best open world I've seen in a videogame... and that's mind-blowing. Seriously though, Elden Ring's open world proves how talented the developers at FromSoftware are; it has an overwhelming amount of optional content and surprises, the map size is absolutely massive, the world design is fascinating and the sense of freedom & exploration is simply unmatched, however, it's not necessarily perfect; the catacombs are repetitive and some bosses are re-used multiple times.
On top of the open world though, Elden Ring features the Legacy Dungeons; big areas that follow the traditional, complex level design of Dark Souls.
The gameplay in Elden Ring is Dark Souls III's gameplay but much better in literally every way + some additional mechanics to make things more accessible, even though the camera is still awkward at times.
The visuals are beautiful, the environments are breathtaking and the music is incredible.
Also, there's an endless amount of different weapons, armor sets, spells and items for unique builds.
Lastly, the bosses - particularly the Demigods - are some of the most spectacular and challenging bosses I've ever seen in a videogame.

Pros:
+ Huge map filled with content
+ Engaging & rewarding exploration
+ Wonderful level design
+ Fun & diverse gameplay with accessible mechanics
+ Amazing visuals and music
+ Impressive bosses

Cons:
- Re-used content in some instances
- Flawed camera

Gameplay: 9/10
Content: 10/10
Music: 10/10
Graphics/Audio: 9/10

Final Rating: 10/10

Elden Ring is the culmination and evolution of everything FromSoftware has done in the past 13 years, making it the ultimate Souls game yet.
With Elden Ring, the developers at FromSoftware have outdone themselves and managed to deliver their best work to date... and one of the best videogames I've ever played.

Do I recommend it?:
Elden Ring is a must-play, especially if you're a fan of Open World games.

After playing Persona 5, I was looking for another JRPG that would deliver such an amazing experience, so I decided to play NieR: Automata.
First of all, the story of this game is divided to 3 Routes (playthroughs). Route A is only the first half of the story, Route B is the same plot from different prespective and it has additional gameplay elements, and Route C/D is the second half of the story. The first 2 Routes are great, but story-wise they can't stand on their own, however, Route C/D is were NieR: Automata's narrative potential truly shines! Thanks to NieR: Automata's absolute masterclass of a game design, the story is literally uunbelievable; it blew my mind and exceeded my expectations so many times, I'm still thinking about it.
Overall, NieR: Automata's narrative is one the best I've witnessed in any videogame, period.
The gameplay is great too; it mainly plays like a 3D hack 'n' slash game, but there are shoot em up, 2D platforming and bullet hell sequences as well. That's straight up impressive.
I got to say though, the hacking mechanic makes the gameplay slightly tedious at times.
The characters - particularly the main characters - are engaging enough and well-developed.
The soundtrack is one of the best I've ever heard in a videogame and the audio design is genius at times.
Lastly, the boss fights are quite decent, although they lack challenge for the most part.
NieR: Automata isn't flawless though; the visuals are somewhat outdated and the side-quests are mostly dull.

Pros:
+ Excellent narrative
+ Fluid and enjoyable gameplay
+ Compelling main characters
+ Godlike music
+ Masterclass game design

Cons:
- The visuals are a bit outdated
- Weak side-quests

Narrative: 10/10
Gameplay: 8/10
Content: 8/10
Characters: 7/10
Music: 10/10
Graphics/Audio: 7/10

Final Rating: 10/10

NieR: Automata, while not flawless, is a videogame that is able to showcase the power of the medium, it's one of the most important videogames I've ever played and arguably one of my favorite videogames of all time.

Do I recommend it?:
Everyone should play this game! NieR: Automata is a must-play, period.

Persona 5 singlehandedly changed my thoughts torwards the JRPG genre in modern era.
First of all, the story is fantastic; It's extremely long, it takes at least 80 hours to finish but it's very well written and enjoyable to go through thanks to the amount of plot twists and gameplay mechanics. Unfortunately, the pacing gets slow at times, but the writing is truly great and the gameplay is enjoyable all the way through.
Gameplay-wise, it's addictive; in fact, the whole game is one of the most addictive single-player videogames I've played in a while.
The combat is turn-based and you can control every character from your party. You can use various type of attacks, items and mechanics while spending HP or SP (stamina) with each one of the characters.
By the way, when you knock down all the targets, you can use an All-Out Attack, but you can also have conversation with the targets instead, in order to collect them as Personas or steal items. All these mechanics are wonderful and they make the gameplay loop constantly exciting.
The characters are some of my absolute favorites in a videogame so far; they're probably the highlight of the entire game.
Also, I cannot praise enough how impressive the soundtrack and the art style of the game are; they're absolutely god-like! Persona 5 looks and sounds like a dream.
Lastly, during free roam, you can basically do whatever you can do in real life in order to improve your social stats that affect your relationships you make with the other characters. However, the freedom you're given outside of the metaverse is limited.

Pros:
+ Amazing story
+ Very addictive gameplay
+ Excellent characters
+ Awesome mechanics
+ Incredible soundtrack and art style

Cons:
- Minor pacing issues

Narrative: 9/10
Gameplay: 10/10
Content: 10/10
Characters: 10/10
Music: 10/10
Art Style: 10/10

Persona 5 is a game full of style, personality, charm and confidence. The Phantom Thieves stole my heart and my life changed; Persona 5 is one of the best videogames I've ever played.

Do I recommend it?:
A must-play for both JRPG fans and newcomers.

After 100 hours of playtime, I can finally share my thoughts on my first The Legend of Zelda game.
First of all, Breath of the Wild's story and characters, while interesting, they aren't an important part of the game; Nintendo promised to make Breath of the Wild an Open World game and... let's just say they went above and beyond.
Seriously, Breath of the Wild's open world is groundbreaking; from its unparalleled sense of exploration and complete player freedom, to the excessive amount of cool mechanics, the ability to go/climb anywhere you want, insane attention to detail and logic, it makes you think outside of the game so much and it treats you like an intelligent person.
Whenever I play this game, there are so many times where I say to myself "oh, they thought of this too" or "I wonder if this is gonna work", and the answer is yes. Also, the fact that you literally start with nothing but a tree branch in your hand shows how strong this game's mechanics and sense of progression are.
I've never had as much fun experimenting with a game's mechanics as in this game.
Aside from the all these elements, Breath of the Wild features creative puzzle-oriented dungeons that let players utilize their mind and the game's mechanics to the maximum + a fun combat system.
All in all, Breath of the Wild is addictive; it's really hard to put the controller down.
Lastly, the visuals are breathtaking, the audio is simply genius and the music is so beautiful!
Now, if there's one thing that bothered me in the game, is the poor enemy variety, especially for a game of that size.

Pros:
+ Revolutionary Open World
+ Outstanding mechanics
+ Unique & smart puzzles
+ Addictive gameplay
+ Gorgeous visuals & audio

Cons:
- Enemy variety

Narrative: 4/10
Gameplay: 10/10
Content: 10/10
Characters: 5/10
Music: 9/10
Art Style: 10/10

Final Rating: 10/10

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a revolutionary masterpiece, it's the most enjoyable Open World game I've ever played and without a doubt, one of the best videogames ever made.

Do I recommend it?:
It's worth buying a Switch just for this game.

Starting off with the story, which is undoubtedly one the best written stories in a videogame I've ever witnessed; it's slow in the beginning but it gets much better afterwards and it's an unbelievably immersive and emotional journey with impressive character depth.
The gameplay is varied and it feels amazing, however, the shooting mechanics and the controls could've been better; they feel dated, slow and hard to get used to.
The characters are some of the best I've seen in a videogame. Each one of them has their own personality and story, and the acting and dialogue are just perfect.
Also, the attention to detail and realism in this game is absolutely staggering, to the point where they make the game feel slightly tedious at times, but thankfully, it's not a big deal for me.
The animations are breathtaking, the graphics are among the best I've seen in an Open World game, and even minor things like the horse mechanics are definitely some of the best I've seen in a video game, for sure.
Lastly, the soundtrack is wonderful and the world itself is both massive and beautiful in every single way, and it's full of great landscapes and locations to discover.

Pros:
+ Incredible storyline
+ Compelling characters
+ Tons of details
+ Gorgeous world
+ A lot of content

Cons:
- Shooting mechanics
- Pacing issues

Narrative: 10/10
Gameplay: 6/10

Red Dead Redemption 2 is better than the sum of its parts; it's one the greatest videogame experiences I've ever had despite its serious gameplay flaws.

Do I recommend it?:
Yes, absolutely! Especially if you enjoy playing Open World games.

A small Polish studio shakes the gaming industry out of nowhere with the last installment of The Witcher series.
Despite having a simple story, all the subplots and characters make up for it; The Witcher 3 has a very good story, arguably one of the most immersive and well-written stories in a modern western RPG in my opinion.
The gameplay, unfortunately, is one of The Witcher 3's weakest parts, however, it's decent nonetheless; it feels satisfying and it plays well for the most part, it just lacks depth and the movement feels a bit floaty.
The RPG elements are not necessarily deep, but they're well executed. There is a fair amount of different equipment, perks, upgrades and status effects that can affect the gameplay. On the other hand, the dialogue options and different outcomes are done masterfully, the highlight of the entire game.
The quest design is excellent as well for the most part. Aside from some chores sprinkled through the game, the side-quests in The Witcher 3 are some of the best I've seen in a videogame in general.
Also, the game has a ton of mandatory and optional content, and both of the expansions are absolutely impressive.
Lastly, the music is incredible and the graphics are beautiful.
The pacing of the game, however, is not perfect; the story in particular takes quite long to get going.

Pros:
+ Great narrative
+ Amazing characters
+ Dialogue options
+ Quest design
+ Tons of content
+ Gorgeous visuals and soundtrack

Cons:
- Story padding

Narrative: 8/10
Gameplay: 6/10
Content: 10/10
Characters: 9/10
Music: 10/10
Graphics/Audio: 9/10

Final Rating: 10/10

While not exactly flawless, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a perfect videogame experience and arguably the best western RPG ever made without feeling overwhelming for non-RPG lovers.

Do I recommend it?:
A must-play videogame for literally everyone.

What is there to say about Final Fantasy VII? The legendary JRPG that popularized console RPGs worldwide.
Coming from Final Fantasy VII Remake, I already knew Final Fantasy VII was going to be something special, and I was right.
The story of Final Fantasy VII is absolutely fantastic even to this day, filled with so many powerful moments. It's honestly one of the most intriguing stories in an RPG and it made me even more excited for the future of the Remake.
The gameplay is surprisingly... enjoyable? I mean, it feels a little bit clunky for sure, but it's actually addictive, it works very well and it aged much better than many other Final Fantasy games.
The characters overall are very good, although I wish the optional characters (Yuffie and Vincent) were mandatory instead. The Remake improved upon the initial characters significantly and I hope it will improve upon Yuffie and Vincent in the next parts as well.
The music is awesome and very iconic; I appreciated it even more as someone who came from the Remake.
Also, the materia system is mostly similar to the Remake's and I still love it.
Lastly, some of the visuals - like the character models outside of combat and CGI cutscenes - didn't age well but they're charming nonetheless.
Unfortunately though, the game has many mandatory mini-games/puzzles and most of them are either pointless or uninteresting.

Pros:
+ Fascinating story
+ Addictive gameplay
+ Great characters
+ Incredible music

Cons:
- Mandatory mini-games/puzzles
- Outdated visuals and minor elements

Narrative: 10/10
Gameplay: 8/10
Content: 9/10
Characters: 8/10
Music: 10/10

Put simply, more than 2 decades after its initial release, Final Fantasy VII is still one of the best RPGs of all time and one of the best videogames ever made.

Do I recommend it?:
Of course! It's a must-play for RPG fans, maybe even for everyone.

I got to say, as someone who didn't play any Souls games properly before, I was excited to play Bloodborne.
Just like in the Dark Souls games, Bloodborne's lore is told via environmental storytelling. Environmental storytelling might not be as engaging as linear storytelling but it enriches the game's world significantly. Thankfully enough, Bloodborne's lore is compelling even if it's ambiguous for the most part.
The gameplay surprised me a lot; it's faster than I expected, it feels very satisfying, the mechanics are great, there's a nice amount of unique items and the trick weapons are so goddamn badass, they're one of the coolest things in the entire game for me.
My favorite part of the game isn't the gameplay though, it's the haunting and frightening setting; Bloodborne's world is probably the best world I've seen in a videogame. It starts out as a gothic horror and it slowly transcends into a nightmarish cosmic horror, and on top of that, the level design and the music are just perfect.
The visuals are not necessarily impressive but they're very good nonetheless.
The bosses are challenging and rewarding, however, many of the bosses in the main game are somewhat easy and underwhelming in my opinion, but fortunately, the DLC makes up for it; The Old Hunters is essential to own if you enjoy playing Bloodborne because it features the best bosses in the entire game.
Now, while the gameplay is very enjoyable, the camera and the lock-on system feel a bit awkward, and farming for Blood Vials can be tedious at times.
Also, the frame rate is pretty inconsistent for the most part.

Pros:
+ Intriguing lore
+ Aggressive & diverse gameplay
+ Superb setting
+ Threatening and challenging bosses
+ Incredible level design and music
+ Amazing DLC

Cons:
- Flawed camera and lock-on system
- Blood Vial system
- Performance issues

Gameplay: 9/10
Content: 9/10
Music: 10/10
Graphics/Audio: 8/10

Final Rating: 10/10

Bloodborne is fascinating, gorgeous and enjoyable yet terrifying, and that's why I fell in love with it!

Do I recommend it?:
Yes, but keep in mind, the DLC is must-own in my opinion.

Final Fantasy VI is widely considered to be one of the best Final Fantasy games and one of the greatest RPGs ever made, and that's why I had to play it someday.
Playing Final Fantasy VI around 30 years after it's initial release for the first time makes up for an absolutely fascinating experience.
First of all, I found Final Fantasy VI's story to be surprisingly simple at first, but it's accompanied by some of the best characters in the series; they're very likeable and engaging characters who enrich the narrative significantly. Also, the plot twist halfway through the story is simply mind-blowing and it makes the whole story so much better than it already is.
As for the gameplay, it's actually good, it aged very well, and its character customization and RPG elements are really good too.
The graphics still look very nice as well and the music is incredible even to this day.
As for the flaws... honestly, I don't really have anything negative to say about this game; it's pretty much a perfect Final Fantasy experience all the way through in my opinion.

Pros:
+ Rich narrative
+ Compelling characters
+ Enjoyable gameplay
+ Interesting RPG mechanics
+ Amazing music and visuals

Cons:
- None

Narrative: 9/10
Gameplay: 7/10
Content: 9/10
Characters: 10/10
Music: 10/10
Graphics/Audio: ?/10

Final Rating: 10/10

Simply put, Final Fantasy VI is arguably the best Final Fantasy game ever, and it's also one of the best RPGs of all time, even to this day.

Do I recommend it?:
Must-play for Final Fantasy fans or RPG fans in general, period.
Highly recommended for newcomers as well, but keep in mind that Final Fantasy VI is an old game with pixelated graphics and basic turn based combat system.

I'm gonna admit it, I used to be one of those who watched a playthrough of this game and thought it was a disappointing sequel to The Last of Us. The reason why I finally decided to play this game is because I wanted to like it.
The story of The Last of Us Part II is... misunderstood; it really isn't just "another generic revenge story", it's a multi-dimensional story about empathy, obsession, acceptance and forgiveness.
If I had to describe the story of The Last of Us Part II in three words, it would be shocking, bold and powerful.
The characters feel like real people instead of fictional characters, and that's impressive.
The gameplay is awesome; everything works perfectly, especially the stealth mechanics.
The music is amazing and it feels like it's a part of the narrative.
The visuals, the audio design, the animations, the environments and the atmosphere are the best I've seen in any videogame.
Also, the details and the accessibility options are astonishing to say the least.
Unfortunately, the pacing of the story feels slightly dragged out at times, which is my only complaint about the game.
So, why is The Last of Us Part II so controversial then? Well, to be honest... I don't know.
The Last of Us Part II is a very faithful sequel that makes the first game even more meaningful and complete than it already was.

Pros:
+ Outstanding narrative
+ Excellent gameplay
+ Fantastic main characters
+ Superb visuals and audio
+ Details & accessibility options

Cons:
- Minor pacing issues

Narrative: 10/10
Gameplay: 10/10
Characters: 8/10
Music: 9/10
Graphics/Audio: 10/10

Final Rating: 10/10

It's all about understanding The Last of Us Part II and its vision.
In my opinion, The Last of Us Part II is the perfect sequel; it's just a bigger and better game than The Last of Us.
All in all, The Last of Us Part II is Naughty Dog's masterpiece and one of the best videogames I've ever played.

Do I recommend it?:
Yes; I recommend it even to those who watched a playthrough of the game and got disappointed.
Just please, be open-minded.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl on the Nintendo Wii was one of the best videogames I played during my childhood and it's probably one of my favorite videogames of all time.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate convinced me to buy a Nintendo Switch mainly for 3 reasons:
1. It's a Super Smash Bros. game.
2. The staggering amount of characters and content in general.
3. The inclusion of Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII was a dream come true for me and I still can't believe Joker from Persona 5 - literally my favorite videogame of all time - made it into Super Smash Bros.
It ended up being worth getting a Nintendo Switch just for this game and here's why:
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has 86 fighters (89 counting Pokémon Trainer and Pyra & Mythra as separate characters), 116 stages (340 including the Battlefield & Ω forms), over 1.100 songs, a ton of different game modes, and the attention given to each franchise represented in this game is astonishing!
Aside from the insane amount of content though, the gameplay in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is just perfect!
Also, the art style is fantastic and the music is wonderful; it's an enormous music collection that consists of each franchise represented in this game.
I seriously can't comprehend how much care and detail has been put into this game!
As for the flaws, I really can't think of any, aside from maybe the inconsistent netcode; the online is a bit laggy at times.

Pros:
+ Everyone is here
+ Excessive amount of content
+ Flawless gameplay
+ Gorgeous visuals
+ Incredible music

Cons:
- Netcode

Gameplay: 10/10
Content: 10/10
Characters: 10/10
Music: 10/10
Art/Style: 9/10

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is legendary; it's the best written love letter to gaming that there has ever been, a wonderful celebration of the videogame medium and arguably one of my favorite videogames of all time.

Do I recommend it?:
If you're looking for a party game to play with other people, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a must-play, without a doubt.
If you're looking for a single-player experience though, I wouldn't say it's a must-play.

Final Fantasy IX was my second old Final Fantasy game, however, unlike Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy IX was... a bit complicated at first, but more interesting experience overall.
The story is great, it has a wonderful beginning and it maintains consistent pacing until the end, and then it ends on a very high note; it actually has one of the best endings in the entire series in my opinion.
The characters are absolutely fantastic and the character development is some of the best I've seen in a videogame in general. Unfortunately, there are some weaker main characters in the party, but thankfully, the supporting characters are surprisingly likeable and make up for those few weaker main characters.
I think the dialogue in this game is worth mentioning because it's unexpectedly well written at times and the sense of humor is so good! Final Fantasy IX is probably the most humorous game in the series.
The music is beautiful and the visuals, while slightly outdated, are still very charming.
Also, I absolutely love the ATE system, it's such an great system because it enriches the sense of adventure and it makes the game so lively compared to previous Final Fantasy games.
With that being said, while Final Fantasy IX gets close at being a perfect Final Fantasy game, it has at least one flaw in my opinion; the gameplay feels slow, even for 2000's standards.

Pros:
+ Very engaging story
+ Compelling and likeable characters
+ Well written & funny dialogue
+ Amazing soundtrack
+ ATE system

Cons:
- Outdated minor elements
- Slow combat system

Narrative: 8/10
Gameplay: ?/10
Content: 8/10
Characters: 10/10
Music: 9/10
Graphics/Audio: ?/10

Final Rating: 9.5/10
- Outstanding -
At the end of the day, Final Fantasy IX is still an incredible JRPG, one of the best Final Fantasy games of all time and one of the most charming videogames I've ever played.

Do I recommend it?:
Definitely yes, must-play for fans and highly recommended for newcomers.

I've never played a Final Fantasy game but I've heard by many that Final Fantasy VII was one of the most important videogames ever made.
Final Fantasy VII Remake was my first game in the series and... oh boy, where do I begin!
So, despite the slightly inconsistent writing, the story is good so far, but unfortunately, it's only the beginning and there's still a lot to come in the future.
The characters are some of the most engaging and likable characters I've seen in a while, and even some minor side-characters surprised me a lot.
The combat system is excellent! It's like a combination of Hack 'n' Slash & Turn Based at the same time, there are 4 completely different party members to control, tons of different skills, items and builds to use, it's deep, organic, it feels awesome and it looks phenomenal.
The RPG elements are executed well and the Materia system is just wonderful.
The bosses are some of the best I've ever encountered in a videogame.
The music is absolutely fantastic for sure and it fits the visuals perfectly, and the visuals are breathtaking; the lighting, the animations and the setting are some of the best I've seen in a PS4 game, and the set-pieces and the visual representation are absolutely top-tier as well.
I do have few complaints with the game though; for example, despite the beautiful graphics, the textures look blurry at times. Also, the story has noticeable padding with some chapters feeling longer than they should've been, and the side-quests are uninteresting for the most part.

Pros:
+ Interesting story
+ Awesome characters
+ Flawless gameplay
+ Incredible music
+ Gorgeous visuals

Cons:
- Inconsistent texture quality
- Pacing issues
- Weak side-quests

Narrative: 7/10
Gameplay: 10/10
Content: 9/10
Characters: 10/10
Music: 10/10

Final Fantasy VII Remake is a masterfully crafted Remake and one of the most exciting videogame experiences I had in a while, and that's only the beginning.

Do I recommend it?:
Hell yes, to both fans and people who haven't played Final Fantasy VII before as well.
