A Couple of Things that You missed:

- The Vault Boy Mii Costume has the 'Vault 111' Logo from Fallout 4 on his back, so you should put that instead of Fallout 1

- (Not something you missed, just a request) Could you explain how the games in question are represented?
Generally how I did this list was go through the pages for each franchise on SSBWiki, check the "Media with elements appearing in the Super Smash Bros. series", and put the games that appear in that list here.
Granted, I made it a point to look at what was being represented. If it was a character's first game, the origin of a specific costume, music track, move, spirit, etc. I tried to include it, but if I found the reference to be a bit of a stretch, I didn't include it
