Game Catalog (found at https://w.atwiki.jp/gcmatome/) is a Japanese wiki with writeups on an enormous number of games including some very obscure ones. They provide general information and some more subjective criticism, and each game is also given a rating. This is all done collectively by a community and the ratings can be contested and changed. These ratings don't extend beyond 'Good,' 'Bad,' 'No Rating,' and some more unique ones for describing a game with widely diverging opinions and such, so even within the 'Good' games there's a wide range of quality.

I included any RPG to Action RPG-ish thing but did not include SRPGs. It's a large enough list as it is.
