2020 List
This is a list of all the games I played that came out in 2020
73 Games
I love the hand-drawn art style but that's about it, I don't like the auto-generated level, and I'm not a big fan of auto runners.
It's a damn good game but it's ruined at times by how buggy it is.
This get's the award for the most unengaging open-world game.
I don't think I've played a more boring open-world game in my entire life.

Fantastic Point and Click game with an amazing job with remastering the game.
I'm a homosexual so I didn't know this was basically a porn game disguised as a third-person shooter.
I'm a sucker for collectathon platformers, but I'm also a bitch for blatant nostalgia pandering, and I DOOOOOOOO love me some pandering.
One of the first games I can think of that got representation right, and it came from the same developers who made Octodad what a strange and wonderful world.
IS it even possible for Gearbox to make good games?
It doesn't reach the highs of the first PS4 game but good lord the combat is sooo much better.
It's pretty much just Super Mario 3D World but a lot slower and very British.
This is not an awful game from what I've played and some people might have some fun with this.
I didn't which really disappointed me.
I didn't which really disappointed me.
It's the most bloated, uninspired, lazy, repetitive, and buggy Open-World game I've ever played.
The fact that this "Remake" was so bad that it makes a game from 2003 look like fucking Picasso, then you've done something wrong.
Event Horizon..........but super chunky
It made my fingers bleed so you know it's a good rhythm game
A fun little platformer that I'll probably never come back too
It's Pikmin 3....but on Switch.........yup I don't have anything else to say it's just a really good game.
Fantastic destruction system with fun heist missions and most importantly, you can burn your house down.
The most by the numbers open-world games I think I've seen, literally nothing stands out besides one mechanic that feel slapped on at the last minute.
I would give this a lower rating but I don't give a shit about this show so yeah
Shit slaps man
Super charming 3D platformer with witty writing, great boss fights, and it's just all-around fun to play, a perfect game for the month of October
It's pretty much just more Doom, but this time it's really stupid hard.
Just plain fun with friends
It's just a really crappy license game that thinks it's better than it actually is
The best Crash game. It can break you for how hard it is, and I still love it.
I felt like the story was really shallow, with all the characters being very boring and uninteresting, and I felt the actual mechanics were too simplistic for me to really get me into it and after like 4 hours I just got bored of it.
Ehhhhh it was fine
It's really boring and repetitive, I don't know how you make a Serious Sam repetitive but you've done it.
Steam has zero quality control
Really fun game with a neat aesthetic
A really good video game remake, bogged down by sloppy controls and a truly empty open world with actually nothing to do.
Feels very lazy in terms of a collection but it is some of Nintendo's best games so I can't give it that much flack plus this is one of the only ways to legally play Mario Sunshine so yeah
Super fun roguelike with addicting gameplay
Really shitty OpenWorld game that feels more empty than a Bethesda game
An awful game with repetitive missions, dull gameplay, an awful story, and an egregious live service that ruined what could have been just an ok game
I LOVE the art styles, but everything else sucks huge donkey balls
This looks great and the music is a god damn banger, I only wish the gameplay was good
While the game looks great from transitions the 2D art style to 3D, everything else is just kinda blaaaa
While I enjoyed this I would not blame anyone who didn't like it
This game brings me back to a bygone era where flash was still a thing and Cool Math Games was the shit
A very cute puzzle game that's chock full of charm
yup that sucked
I normally don't get into multiplayer games but man this is really fun
A really good remake that brings you back to 2005, now can we get A NEW GAME in this series please
This game makes you feel like a giant Lovecraftian Spaghetti Monster
This game makes you feel like a Samurai
While not as good as past Paper Mario games it's still a fun charming game with an ok combat system
It's more of a glorified remaster then a remake but it's still the same great game so you know....who cares
I just don't think skateboarding are my thing.
Fantastic looking game with a great soundtrack, I only wish the gameplay was as fantastic
Yup that was a game, Would I say it's a good game yes, would I say it's a great game yes, would I say that this is a masterpiece no
HEY I HAVE AN IDEA Let's make Minecraft but without the mine or the craft that sounds like a great idea lets see how it turned out.......................................................................this sucks
I hate the game for what it stands for in LIVE-SERVICES GAME, I also hate its story mode, it's probably the worst story mode I've ever played in a fighting game.
It's GTA WitH ShARks
Why would you do a remaster of the worst Saints Row game
That is not how the Mafia works
I never thought a game of Tetris could make me feel emotions.
It's a pretty decent 2d beat-em-up mostly harkening back to NES-era fighters like Double Dragon. I'd mainly recommend this If you're a really huge Kevin Smith fan since you're gonna get more out of this than anyone else.
Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of his work, but I enjoyed the Clerks animated references so even if you only know the basic stuff like Clerks you'll still get something out of it.

Fun classic beat-em-up, I think I would like them more if I was actually good at them
It's nowhere near as good as Friday the 13th the game, but it was fine I guess.
Not as good as the RE 2 remake but it still has the DNA of that remake so it's not a total trainwreck
I just love ruining people's day
I'm not a furry (UPDATE)- "this aged poorly"
Even with Covid-19 out there nothing can kill DOOM that's why it's eternal.
I feel personally insulted, I feel like someone told me I was getting a gift but instead I got kicked in the balls. The World of The Dark Crystal is so massive and interesting you could make a Skyrim level game, but instead you gave me a shitty tactic game that's not even that good.
Fun game but too derivative of other game for it to stand out as it's own thing
This is what VR was made for, this is the shit that I crave.
Some of the best writing, characters I've seen in a JRPG, and has the most charismatic protagonist I've seen in a video game in a long time.
(PC version released in 2020 so this counts) Short sweet Platformer what's just really really fun, also not a Furry.
This is technically cheating since this game came out in Japan only in 2019 and was later released internationally in 2020.
But I loved this game so much I just had to put it on this list, it really was one of my favorite games of 2020 and one of my new favorite games of all times.

Loved everything about the game besides the story which to actually enjoy requires me to grind, and I have better shit to do than try to be engaged in a story I don't really care all the much about. Still loved the game though.
It's better than the original in almost every way and is a true triumph for fan games everywhere.
