II. Clouds Parting
Surrounded in brilliant nothingness, the precious few were left with one final challenge: a mission to the Heavens itself, a glorious land of strugglers, survivors, and saints. So, they climbed, hand locked in hand, each step climbing to a new forgiveness. Finally among the clouds, they looked down at the stars below, taking in the enormity of the task.
