This phrase gets thrown around a lot. Every game is a work of art to an extent, so these are the games I would consider exceptionally artistic, in terms of gameplay, story, visuals, or music. Only including games I have played for obvious reasons. This list has nothing to do with overall quality, although most quality games are also very artistic.
