Sagecore - A guide to everything deer

A comprehensive list of games that compose my very essence. This is and isn't a list of my favorite games. Not ranked, fuck ordering stuff, we unconditionally love everything here.

My favorite platformer of all time; the story and themes of sorrow and trying to live up to expectations hit very hard as well.
The vibes of SH4 always stuck with me more than the previous three games. Something about its utterly hostile, violent and grimy energy makes me keep coming back to it. Grunge as hell.
Furries in robots.
One of my favorite tropes is "teenagers/kids dealing with powerful psychic abilities". Galerians has that and the kind of late 90's edge that I adore. Nine Inch Nails samples.
This game is evil, but it's also the best ever. Ken Amada did nothing wrong, and I say that with my whole chest.
I don't know how many times I've played this game and I'm too scared to find out.
This is the greatest rail shooter ever made.
Trent Reznor.
I made an entire 40+ minute video on this. I own four copies of this game. I will probably buy more.

The original Siren is definitely the better game, but this remake/reimagining introduced me to my second favorite band, which is why Blood Curse is here.

Listen to ikd-sj now
One of the most early PS2 JRPGs ever made, which is exactly why Shadow Hearts as a whole fucking owns
Not as poignant as Remedy's first two noir-graphic novel masterpieces, but there's something about the filthy, blown-out, degraded VHS presentation of Max Payne 3 that always allured me.

Also HEALTH fucking rules and TEARS is one of the greatest songs ever made.
Even though it has some moments of wackness, this is still an essential must-play in the stealth genre. Fluid, stylish, teeming with gloomy atmosphere.
Also Noriyuki Asakura is one of the greatest composers to ever live.
That's MY emotional support edgelord video game, thank you
If you can't get past the difficulty and weird control scheme, dare I say, skill issue?
This game fucking rules
We are all Killerman.
Furries in a giant death tank killing Nazis.
It has Slipknot, Garbage and David Bowie in it, therefore, it's the best.
The only fighting game I'm good at.
Fun psychic powers and a nu metal music video. I can't not put it on here.
2nd Runner better, but ZOE1 wins on pure vibes alone.
This game is built like a brick shithouse. When you play Dementium, you're here for that utterly gorgeous DS crust being pushed to its absolute limits.
Naomi Kimishima my GOAT
Hewie is the best dog no contest total sweep
A nearly complete shift in gameplay, taking the deliberate, plodding nature of its previous games and turning it into something more dynamic and bombastic. It's the Ship of Theseus but for Resident Evil.
This is more on here because Silent Scope EX is baller as hell.
The greatest FPS ever made. The greatest action game ever made. I'm not sure if this can be topped.
Oh, also, it's not even fucking finished yet.
Anime artstyle is ugly and I could do without the touch screen gimmicks, but otherwise, this game rocks my socks off every time.
I hope Mike Patton is having a good day today
A shockingly fun rhythm game that I have a deep love for. If only KH: Melody of Memory was more like this.
YEAHHHH CROSSOVERS ROCK
You deserved so much better from this cruel, cold world.

Ico

ICO >>>>> SotC but both are still perfect games
I wish I could be as cool as No More Heroes. Instead, I'm only as cool as Travis Touchdown. Which is to say, I'm a loser.
Trial and error aside, this game has no right to be as cool as it is, and it ESPECIALLY has no right to have a soundtrack this masterfully made.
This is just a game about me
quirky indie rpg inspired by mother about depression except I actually like this one
FromSoft could never be this cool.
okay MAYBE FromSoft is that cool, but only because this game was originally gonna be a new Tenchu game
Okay fine, Dark Souls wishes it could be as cool as Nioh.
They just don't make 'em like this anymore... Bring back the good soundtrack.
I had a weird obsession with this game during third grade ever since I saw a trailer for it and thought it was the coolest thing ever.
Still kinda is.
"We have Silent Hill at home" except this is still pretty damn nice.
these robots are GAY and there's NOTHING you can do about it
Lowkey kinda boring, but that doesn't stop me one bit. Lost Dimension's mechanics are just so cool that it keeps me coming back again and again.
One of the best 6/10 games ever.
If the artstyle of this game actually has an adverse effect on your eyes/brain, that's fine. If you just don't like it, tough shit, it's really fucking beast actually.
I honestly have no clue how many hours I've spent on this game but it's certainly in the triple digits
The jank is the best part.
The one idle clicker game I actually care about. Can't wait for the updates!
Sometimes you just wanna go apeshit. Manhunt does that.
Combat can be pretty funny, and/or frustrating, but Alan Wake is still an absolute powerhouse of a game. I hope they bring back all those needle drops for Alan Wake II.
MGS3 is the best game, but MGS2 simply hits different.
I sent my copy of this game to a YouTube reviewer and it made him grind his face onto a cheese grater. Mission accomplished.
Raziel is one of the most beast characters in video game history. RIP my GOAT
One of the coolest games ever. Shakespearean, even. Poetic. Shame about Leviathan's Heart though.
Still divided on whether I prefer the first game or this, but NEO's aesthetics and music resonate with me way harder. Nu metal as fuck.
One of the best roguelikes I've ever played and my favorite multiplayer game ever.

Who wanna hop on Risk of Rain 2 tho
Specifically this version because the soundtrack goes hard and also it's peak 5th gen cheese
this is Higurashi for gay furries, of course it's on here
This game was made for me and me in particular.
