Basically a wishlist of games I wish would receive modern ports, obscurity and licensing be damned! Let me be clear though that this is a personal list of games I have played myself and is a personal selection and isnt meant to be a comprehensive list. Ive added some notes here and there where technically some games are available... But not on any level I could consider fully available.

Only available on Ps3 PSN in Japan. I imagine this not being available easily is due to the Metal Gear Solid crossover content.
Though if this ever did get a re-release, you know DAMN well they would need to modify out the game-over cheat codes.

I do realise im probably the only person in the world who gives a single flying spork about this game but... ITS GOOD.
Available on Ps3/PSP/Vita EU storefronts currently.
Currently on xbox Backwards compatability but a PC/new port wouldnt go amiss.
This is for the Game Boy version of the game, the DOS edition is available but that version sucks.

Weirdly there is a PC version of this but its currently not really supported. Capcom could literally chuck this over GOG's way to be fixed up.
Hopefully more akin to the GBA port which had LOADS of user-made puzzles added in.... Because why not.

VR sequel coming for Ps VR 2 but this will stay here since theres no non-VR equivalent.
Available as a 'PSP Mini' currently that works on Ps3/PSP/Vita but has no current version that isnt blurry as hell when upscaled to an actual TV.

Rainbow Islands isn't on Antstream, or anything modern, really. And it'll be the case for a while given the music situation.

Adding some bits, removing some bits, notes to other bits. Still unsure if I should keep or remove some because of remakes. Hm.
Do I take Metro Cross off the list? It is technically available on Switch and Ps4... But only in certain regions. For some reason it wasnt given a release where I live (Europe). Which is annoying.
I think Metro Cross being removed makes sense. It's also available on 360 via Namco Museum Virtual Arcade, if I recall correctly.

@FrozenRoy - It is on there but its not on Backwards Compatibility so I cant really say its on a modern system for that port. Its rather annoying because I do want to play it but apparently theres an obscure copyright issue (which is why on the Xbox360 pack, it appears as a hacked title called 'Retro-Cross'. I assume Namco didnt supply Hamster with that hacked edition)
Decided to keep Metro-Cross in just because I feel like proving a non-existent point. Also added a heap of games including the Dizzy series because dammit Codemasters, I just want a Dizzy collection.
Panzer Dragoon Saga, Shining Force 3, Shining the Holy Ark, Dragon Force, Guardian Heroes, Shadow Hearts 1-3 would be some of my personal choices....great list idea though.

Oh yay I got to remove more from this list. Specifically Persona 3, New Zealand story, Phelios, Akai Katana and Chaos Engine as that got relisted again.
Ghost Trick is getting a remaster in a couple of months so that's one more off the list.

Noted the HD remakes for We <3 Katamari, Ghost Trick and the Etrian Odyssey titles. Also added a few notes for games on Evercade and Amiga Mini. Finally removed Pac-Man World (remake) and Don Doko Don (Arcade Archives).
Removed some comments regarding the Wii-U and 3DS shops and added a heap of games from both these systems (well mostly 3DS) onto the list. Oof.
Took both Ridge Racer Type 4, Ape Escape and Legend of Dragoon off the list. Tomorrow I guess im taking the Etrian Odyssey games off and then the day after We <3 Katamari? Yupp.
