Kyle Broflovski from South Park
and
Lois Griffin from Family Guy have red hair. They are also main characters of both the show and the spin off games respectively.
Dunno about the last one.

@Cobcap In Family Guy PS2 Lois isn't a playable character so she isn't really a main character. Unless for the far extreme circumstances if they aren't playable or anything similar, they aren't a main character nor fit this list. But it's possible she's playable in one of the other Family Guy games. So I'll check to see and put them on the list if she is. And for South Park: Stick of Truth the main character is The New Kid and he's bald. His wiki page doesn't mention any color of hair.

@LoreW001 You can take control of alot of the characters in Stick of the Truth and the sequel Fractured But Whole. Cartman, Stan, Kenny, Butters, Kyle and so on. They also carry the narrative since The New Kid/Douchebag (yeah in Fractured But Whole, Cartman gives you that name whether you like it or not lol) doesn't talk and you know, he is the new kid. Also you can customize them though they don't have redhead by default. But the main characters of the show are still by your side one way or another. That includes Kyle.
As for Family Guy idk it has been so long since I played those lol. Just going with the show's lore there.

@Cobcap I see what you mean but it doesn't fit what I'm going for with my list. All the games here, the characters with red hair are the main focus, protagonist/deuteragonist, and/or begin the game starting with them first. South Park doesn't fit either one of these.
